To get the Wind Dragon you must attack savannas level 7 or higher but the Wind Dragon is as stealthy as it is quick; because of this, only with the help of another Great or Elemental Dragon can the Wind Eggs and Armors be found. To create your Outpost of Wind your player level must be at 12 or higher. You must own a Plain to build upon, an Outpost of Fire and a Wind Dragon egg. Only then can you begin raising a Wind Dragon.
